Gate, one of the leading global digital asset trading platforms, has released its September 2026 Transparency Report. In September, Gate’s global registered user base reached a major milestone and has now surpassed 62 million. Alongside this growth, it continued to expand its multi-asset trading, wealth management, and Web3 ecosystem. As its offerings across stocks, ETFs, forex, precious metals, and commodities expand, Gate is extending its services beyond traditional crypto trading and further integrating asset trading, fund management, and everyday payments.

As of September, Gate supported more than 5,300 digital assets and over 12,800 stocks and ETFs. The platform ranked among the global top two in spot trading and the top three in derivatives trading. Gate continues to strengthen its multi-asset trading ecosystem across spot, derivatives, stocks, contracts for difference (CFDs), and other TradFi products, offering users a broader range of trading options.

In equities, Gate launched US stock options in September, initially supporting nine popular underlying assets. The products are settled in USDT, require no physical delivery, and carry zero platform fees and zero options commissions. Meanwhile, gStocks supports 24/7 trading of more than 70 tokenized securities, backed by a 1:1 reserve of underlying stocks, further expanding access to tokenized assets.

Several trading businesses recorded growth during the month. Gate’s ETF trading volume approached 20 billion USDT, with 424 trading pairs available. Futures trading volume associated with CandyDrop exceeded $11.8 billion. Gate Trenches recorded a 47.18% month-over-month increase in trading volume and a 105.09% increase in new users. The product enables users to trade assets across more than 15 blockchain networks directly with USDT held in their Gate accounts, and was integrated with the Arc blockchain on its launch day in September. Gate Web3 activity also increased, with Meme Go trading volume rising 77.55% month over month and Gate Swap trading volume growing 30.75%.

Institutional trading services and infrastructure also advanced. CrossEx recorded a 200% month-over-month increase in trading volume and a 37.3% increase in retained funds, with both metrics reaching record highs. The platform continued to expand its offerings across derivatives, traditional stocks, and ETFs while upgrading market data delivery and order execution systems to better meet professional traders’ and institutional clients’ needs for trading efficiency and execution performance.

In wealth management, Gate Simple Earn recorded cumulative subscriptions of $2.31 billion, up 42.05% month over month, while its total value locked (TVL) peaked at $1.855 billion during the month. Gate Staking ended September with a TVL of $1.557 billion, up 15.85% month over month. Gate also continued expanding its payment and AI-powered research services. Gate Card broadened its applications across cross-border spending and AI service subscriptions, while Gate.AI integrated market data, news, portfolio information, and intelligent analytics to help users research market developments and global equity markets.

Gate continued to strengthen its global brand presence and community engagement. In September, the platform released its brand video, One Gate, Every Trade: The Journey Continues, reflecting on its development since its founding in 2013. Events and initiatives including Gate Voyage, the Gate Charity Blue Future Gala, and the Gate Talk series further strengthened engagement with global users and industry partners. Gate Research, Gate Learn and Gate Blog also continued publishing professional content covering digital assets, TradFi, artificial intelligence, and asset tokenization.

Third-party research reports also highlighted Gate’s progress in multi-asset trading. According to RootData Research’s 2026 Crypto TradFi Landscape Report, Gate offered 1,022 TradFi assets, ranking first among the platforms covered in the report. CoinMarketCap’s RWA report showed that Gate’s RWA perpetual futures trading volume reached $64.8 billion, ranking third among centralized exchanges globally. These findings reflect Gate’s continued expansion in asset coverage and emerging trading markets.

As digital assets become increasingly connected with traditional financial markets, competition among trading platforms is extending beyond individual products to encompass asset coverage, trading tools, fund management, and user services. Gate will continue to expand its multi-asset offerings and financial services, strengthen its trading infrastructure and product integration, and uphold its commitment to security, transparency, and compliance, providing users worldwide with a broader and more seamless financial services experience.
